she.ships — a home for women who build
A community platform for women who ship software, designed and built end to end. Part product, part statement: the people who make the web should be able to see each other.
- Role
- Design Engineer · design, front end, and full-stack build
- Status
- Shipped · live community

Why it exists
Women who build are everywhere and somehow still hard to find. she.ships is a place to be counted — profiles, shipped work, and a sense of a crowd that's usually invisible. It's the project where my values and my craft point in the same direction.
How it's built
How it's built
Next.js with Clerk for auth and a Neon Postgres backend, with a 3D layer (React Three Fiber + physics) used as identity, not decoration. I owned it from the data model to the motion — the kind of end-to-end ownership a design engineer is supposed to have.
What it proves
That I can take a product from an idea about people all the way to something deployed and used — design system, front end, backend, and the small interactions that make a community feel alive.
