About Me

I'm Shiara, a Product Designer and a Software Engineer passionate about building meaningful products.

I currently work at Valere and I'm the co-founder of Crafter Station and Glitch Girls Studio. I'm also part of Latec, an international LATAM tech committee that brings together leading tech communities across the region to democratize access to technology and knowledge.

I love creating things, from digital products to communities. I'm deeply interested in user behavior and behavioral science, and I'm constantly exploring ways to improve software systems from the inside out. I believe technology should be accessible and empowering for everyone.
