Peruvian NGO seeks to reinvent the way donations are made. Every donation is equally transparent for everyone.

Create a digital platform that facilitates donations and transforms the act of donating into a motivating and recurring experience, encouraging ongoing user participation.
First, we held a meeting with the project leader where we reviewed the NGO's current situation.
Proyectos de amor is a non-profit social aid organization that seeks to support people at risk to provide them with a better quality of life.
The organization's current donors are individuals, businesses, and schools:
They usually make monetary donations once a month.
They usually make monetary and recreational donations (activities, experiences) once a month.
They usually make sporadic donations.
Before beginning the design, we decided to learn a little about the profile of the people who usually donate and some of the current pain points:
60% of Peruvians are willing to donate if there is enough information about the project that needs it.
Peruvians are more likely to donate if there is a symbolic incentive.
35% of Peruvians believe there is corruption within NGOs, which discourages them from collaborating.
Users can donate money digitally and have the steps to complete it in person.

The app allows you to donate items you have at home so you can give them to someone most in need.

You can track how the money or product you donated is being used.

The app allows you to review your donation progress and view your medals and certificates.

Show donors the donation plan and what the money is being used for.
